Owned and operated by body builder Matthew Frenkel, we cook and deliver fresh and supremely healthy meals up to 50Km from Black Rock. All our food is made fresh, hand-cooked and weighed, with all our ingredients sourced from local suppliers guaranteeing no added hormones or preservatives. Whether youre a gym junkie, a hard working tradie, a busy corporate type, or you just like looking after yourself, we have a meal plan for you!

In addition to our meals, we produce protein balls and desserts, and have a selection of MNK printed clothing available for purchase.
